The Bump Shop has been a locally owned and operated business in Brisbane, Queensland for over 40 years.
It was born out of Paul Jennings’ love for the automotive industry. His family first started off in the industry owning a Shell garage on one of the major roads in Brisbane, Kingsford Smith Drive.
The opportunity to purchase The Bump Shop came up in the early 80’s and was snapped up by Paul and his family. Paul is extremely passionate about his business and providing the best customer experience possible.
The Bump Shop came from humble beginnings, starting in a broken down shed and now occupies a purpose built, state of the art multi building facility to reflect and accommodate the needs of modern day smash repair.
Paul has been the driving force behind The Bump Shop for over 40 years and his son Stuart is now stepping up to continue the legacy.
The Bump Shop now has 32 staff members who are qualified tradesmen, estimators, admin and clerical staff. We are proud to say that over half of our staff have been with us for more than 15 years!
Our loyal customers come from far and wide – all over Brisbane and across Queensland. We also have interstate clientele who specifically bring their cars to The Bump Shop because they know they can trust us.
